Software Projects
C++, Python, VB, Web Dev
A collection of non-NDA projects in aerospace, software
and more, that I will continuiously expand.
Some source code coming soon to github

Work in Progress
This website itself is built by me with the help of some open-source code to speedup the process. I have minor experience with web development, so this practice has been greatly progressing my HTML5, CSS3 and JS knowledge.

Fortuna Mining LLC servers need services which monitor various transducers, such as temperature, outlet current, cpu utilization, etc. The services attempt to troubleshoot and recover errors autonomously, to ensure optimal uptime. Written primarily in python.
Originally for GIMP, converting to standalone
Older image files (especially jpg from old digital cameras) are overcompressed and saved in underwhelming resolution. I attempt to interpolate past the compression with a program that checks adjacent pixel's characteristics to add smoothing blurs. Then it uses the DCCI algorithm to scale.

Demo Video
Familiarizing myself with OpenCV before a contract. Simple test where I process batch images or video.
Peak at the results generated from an algo backtest
The last few years, I've collaborated on a full algorithmic/AI trading suite, written primarily in python. Includes backtest, analysis, and live trade execution.
Private Alpha Example
A lightweight application written in VB and C++ to utilize data from crypto currency exchanges. The program collects api data and uses it to set alerts that popup on the windows desktop as well as an email push. The user sets what criteria and exchange they they wish to monitor.

Reformatting source code, coming soon! This calculator program computes significant values in any specified 2D point inside the flow. Written in C++, and results compiled with Matlab.
Only showing small snapshots due to being part of a SBIR
Snapshot of some Octave/Matlab
6U size example results
For a SBIR proposal, a simulator was required for different long-polymyer-chain PET deorbit dragsails. Using NASA's atmospheric model NRLMSISE-90 and kinematics in matlab, the required data was calculated.

This calculator program computes tables for adiabatic turbofan engines, for an efficiency study. Part of an a study to match bypass ratios for specific performance.

Teammate operating low speed wind tunnel
A common job for an aeronautical engineer is match airfoils to specific applications. There are drawbacks to traditional wings, where mechanical devices add complexity. One possible modification to airfoil performance is a dempterature differential. I worked with a small team to design, build and test an airfoil with a temperature differential between the upper and lower surfaces. Utilizing Peltier-Devices, the airfoil could create a differential using electricity. The results of the change in coefficient of lift and drag are explained in the report.

I operate a small cloud computing company where I build and program the GPU clusters. A thermodynamic study to cool the warehouse was performed. Also used for blockchain calculations or mining.

Before Fortuna Mining LLC, we had a small group of nodes managed by a host remote computer. Primarily used to mine PoW cryptocurrencies from 2013 to 2014.
